BESPOKE PROCESS: PURECIOUS WAY

2. Deposit & Schematic Design
After choosing your diamonds, $2K deposit is required before ordering your diamonds, which will be applied to your total purchase. (International clients must make full payment upfront.)
3. Choosing your stones
After our consultation call, we will start sourcing diamonds based on your 4C requirements and send you links to their videos, certificates, and prices.
4. Stone Delivery
Once your diamonds are selected, please allow 5–10 business days for stone delivery. After the stones arrive, we’ll provide the option to schedule an in-person appointment for you to review them. If you prefer or are a virtual client, we will send detailed videos of the diamonds for your approval.
5. CAD Design
After you approve the CAD design and pay the remaining balance, we’ll begin production. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
6. Final Stages & Delivery
Once you’ve approved the CAD design and submitted the remaining balance, we’ll begin production, which typically takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on the intricacy of your piece.
Upon completion, your jewelry will be carefully packaged and shipped. For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, while international shipping may take between 5 to 10 business days.
* For custom engagement rings, plan to reach out to us at least 2 months ahead of time.
