Shipping & Returns
All our items are shipped insured with signature delivery. Domestic shipping is free and typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the customer's location and carrier. We offer expedited next day delivery for $50.
International shipping is also insured with signature required delivery. Shipping and tax fees vary by country, and customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes based on their country’s regulations.
Because we follow a sustainable made-to-order model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom projects, which is why we ensure your approval at every step of the process.
For ready-to-ship and collection items, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. After 5 days, you may request an exchange or store credit for the item's value within 15 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
If your item sustains damage within 2 weeks of delivery, we will inspect it, and if the issue is due to a production error, we will fix it free of charge and cover shipping costs. For damages occurring after 2 weeks, we offer repairs for a maintenance fee, which will be determined after inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Purecious offers a complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom jewelry pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise only from a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from general wear and tear, misuse, and negligence, including but not limited to: scratches, discoloration due to any chemical contact, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost stones, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Purecious will void the warranty.
If you believe your jewelry has a defect, please Contact Us so that you may send it back to us for inspection where we may repair or replace your jewelry, as deemed appropriate and in alignment with this policy.
